Buseedo's current commercial services are contracted with professional retailers. A consumer dispute concerning a retailer-operated drawing, product purchase or fulfilment must first be addressed to the participating retailer identified for that release. The retailer's terms provide the competent consumer mediator's details where consumer-mediation rules apply.
If Buseedo begins offering a service for which it is directly the consumer's contracting professional, the applicable pre-contractual information and terms will identify Buseedo's competent consumer mediator before that service is offered.
Intellectual propertyThe Sneakerdraws name, interface, software and original website content are owned by Buseedo SAS or used under licence. Product names, photographs, videos and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted beyond ordinary access to the website and Services.
