You can close your Sneakerdraws account and request erasure of associated personal data through the app or by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app- Sign in to your Sneakerdraws account.
- Open Settings or Profile.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Email info@sneakerdraws.com from the address connected to your account. Include the registered email address and enough information to identify the account. Do not send an identity document or profile screenshot unless we specifically request one because we have reasonable doubts about identity.
What happens nextWe acknowledge and handle valid requests without undue delay and normally within one month. A complex request may take up to two additional months; if so, we will explain the extension within the first month.
Data required for an active service are removed or anonymised after verification. Limited records may remain where retention is required by law, necessary to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, establish or defend legal claims, or complete the expiry of protected backups. Those records are isolated and not used for ordinary product or marketing activity.
Deleting the app from a device does not itself delete the account. For access, correction, portability, restriction or objection requests, see the Privacy Policy.
