Drawings Rules

1. A Sneakerdraws user account, valid email address, and valid mobile phone number are required

2. One submission per person per product. If we suspect that one person has created multiple accounts, all of his/her/x entries will be removed
2.1 Purchasing multiple ELITE memberships does not allow user have multiple accounts under ONE owner. If we suspect that one person has created multiple accounts, all of his/her/x entries will be removed

3. The use of re-shipping addresses is not recommended as it can sometimes trigger our security protocols due to various risk factors associated with such practices. So part of/all the entries using re-shipping addresses might get blocked. These measures are in place to safeguard the interests of both our customers and the businesses we collaborate with
3.1 The use of re-shipping addresses combined with the purchase of ELITE membership does not guarantee that the security system will ignore the "re-shipping address" flag

4. Sneakerdraws & the partnering stores reserve the right to cancel any of the winning entries with or without any explanations, at theirs discretion. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full

5. Winning submissions are valid only for consumer information, product, and size. Winning submissions are valid only during the specified timeframe on the launch date

6. Entries are not transferrable. The winner's friend, brother/syster, or mom cannot pick up in-store

7. Winners must pay for the products & shipping (if applicable) if selected. If winners participated in the ONLINE launch, they must pay in UNDER 24 HOURS since the email was delivered. If IN-STORE, then following the times defined by a partnering store policy
7.1 In the event that a selected customer fails to remit payment for an item within a 24-hour timeframe, the item will be made available for purchase by another customer. This policy ensures the efficient allocation of products and equitable opportunities for all interested parties.
