Deleting Account via In-App Button To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Profile" section.
3. Locate and click on the "Delete Profile" or similar button.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.

Upon confirmation, your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion according to our data retention policies.

Option 2:
Contacting Us via Email Alternatively, if you prefer to request account deletion through direct communication with our support team.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the following details in your email:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address and Phone Number
• Screenshot of your "Profile" page on the app

Our support team will process your request promptly and guide you through the necessary steps to delete your account and associated data.

Please note:

• Account deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of your profile, including all stored information, settings, and user data.
• Once the deletion process is complete, you will no longer have access to your account, and data recovery will not be possible.
